Founders of Pakistan provides business networking opportunities, CEO level events, summits, professional programs, and exclusive membership services.
Our platform is strictly for lawful use. Any misuse, harmful behavior, or unauthorized exploitation of our content, data, or services may result in account suspension, legal notice, or permanent termination.
3. Registration, Membership & Accounts
When registering or purchasing any membership, you must provide accurate and up to date information.
You are fully responsible for:
Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
Any activity carried out using your account
Updating your information when required
Founders of Pakistan reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate our rules, show misconduct, or attempt fraudulent activity.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content including text, graphics, videos, photographs, events, branding materials, and digital assets belongs exclusively to Founders of Pakistan.
No individual or organization may copy, reproduce, distribute, upload, or modify any material without written permission from our team.
5. Event, Programs & Community Conduct
Participants of our summits, CEO events, workshops, and community programs must follow professional behavior at all times.
Any of the following may lead to immediate removal without refund:
Misconduct or harassment
Disrespect of speakers, participants, or staff
Attempting to disrupt any program or event
Violating community guidelines
Founders of Pakistan holds full authority to deny admission to anyone whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or damaging.
6. Payment Policy (Advance Payment Required)
All payments for memberships, events, summits, sponsorships, and participation fees must be paid in advance.
Registration or booking is considered confirmed only after full payment.
No spot payments are accepted unless officially announced
Processing or service charges (if applicable) are non refundable
This policy ensures fair management of limited seats, event planning, and security of services.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Event tickets, passes, or summit entries are strictly non refundable, regardless of attendance.
Membership fees are non refundable once the account is activated.
If Founders of Pakistan postpones or cancels an event due to unavoidable circumstances, alternatives or compensation options may be offered at our discretion.
No refund will be issued for change of personal schedule, travel issues, or inability to attend.
8. Limitation of Liability
Founders of Pakistan is not responsible for:
Any financial, personal, or business losses resulting from participation
Any inaccuracies in content, speaker information, or event changes
Third party services or external websites linked through our platform
We strive for high standards, but do not guarantee that all information will always be error free or current.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
All personal information collected through registration, forms, or membership remains fully confidential and protected.
We do not share, sell, or distribute your data to any third party for marketing or lead generation.
